Hmmm, So I'm like franticly applying for jobs so I can raise as much money as possible. And I got an interview with River Island, I was well happy! Felt really confident and everything, Then I went and they said "Do you have your prof of right to work in the UK" and I had my driving licence and not my birth certificate. So they couldn't interview me! I was sooo annoyed with myself! I wouldn't have minded If I didn't get the job but I was just so arrgggh that I didn't get as far as an interview before failing! Oh well hey, Lesson learnt!
So Friday I got to see my Dani's face, It made me happy, we went to Ely and had an old lady lunch and went to see the ducklings.
I love that beaut!
Saturday Lovely Jo hosted and BBQ and I got to catch up with old school friends, was also lovely, Then church on Sunday, I felt realllllly ill and tired but I coped and enjoyed it, New Connections seams like a really special place and now I'm getting to know people more I'm feeling more at home. Not that I'm not missing SCC, I'm hoping I'm just as sad to leave New Connections as I was when I left SCC.
MONDAY! I finally, After a 4 year wait, got to see We Are Scientists! They were amazing, I love them so much. I smile whenever I listen to them, Which is good in my state at the moment! Keith Murray is getting greyer by the minute but somehow also hotter. Dani and myself went for some cocktails which was a lovely touch. Lovely good times!
So, Whats coming up? Tomorrow I am in London for my end of Degree showing, Exciting, But I'm not really feeling overly excited about it, I will once I'm there I hope. I will update on the happenings. Free Bar though!
